Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This policy describes how gaelleelters.com (operated by Gaelle El Ters) handles information when you visit the site, use the browser-based tools, or send a question through the Ask me form.
Who to contact
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to [email protected].
What this site collects
The public pages themselves do not require an account. Personal information is collected only when you choose to send it.
The Ask me form on the homepage asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your question or message
The form also records the page URL you sent from, and the date and time of the submission, so the message can be understood in context. A hidden field is included only to catch automated spam; it is not a field visitors are meant to fill in.
Why contact-form submissions are used
Submissions are used solely to read your question and reply to you by email. They are not used for marketing lists, profiling, or advertising.
How submissions are delivered and retained
When you send a question, the site’s server forwards it by email to [email protected]. A mail-delivery service may be used to send that email. The visitor email address is included so a reply can go directly to you.
Messages are then kept as ordinary email correspondence in that inbox. This site does not operate a separate customer database of form submissions. How long a message remains in email depends on normal mailbox use. If you want a message deleted, email [email protected] and it will be removed from that inbox where reasonably possible.
The form is rate-limited to reduce abuse.
Whether information is shared
Contact-form content is not sold. It is shared only as needed to deliver the email (for example the hosting server and any mail-delivery service used to forward the message) and with you when a reply is sent.
The site is served through hosting and a content network (including Cloudflare). Those providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs as part of delivering and protecting the website.
Browser-based tools
The tools linked from the Projects pages (including WhatsApp Tool, Mail Mass, CV / Resume Generator, Interview Question Practice and Bulk Certificate Generator) are designed to run in your browser.
- Files and text you enter in a tool normally stay on your device unless you export them, download them, or connect a third-party service yourself.
- WhatsApp Tool creates links or opens WhatsApp; anything you then send is handled by WhatsApp, not by this website’s contact form.
- Mail Mass can connect to your own Outlook mailbox (for example through a local helper or Microsoft sign-in) so mail is sent from your account. Microsoft’s terms apply to that connection. Recipient lists and message content are processed for sending at your request.
- The CV / Resume Generator, Interview Question Practice and Bulk Certificate Generator tools keep your entries, templates and spreadsheets in the browser unless you choose to download or otherwise export them.
Cookies and similar storage
A cookie-preference choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember whether you accepted or declined optional analytics. Essential operation of the site (including that preference and security/delivery provided by the host) does not depend on advertising cookies.
Optional analytics scripts would load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. No third-party analytics script is currently installed on these pages. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
Cloudflare or the hosting environment may set cookies that are necessary for security or network delivery.
Your choices
You do not have to use the Ask me form. You can email [email protected] or use LinkedIn instead. To ask what information is held from a form submission, or to request deletion, use the same email address.
